“All of our clients are looking for a great value property for sale in Italy, so we thought you would like to hear about some excellent opportunities to purchase some below market value properties in Italy”, says Linda Travella, who has been selling property in Italy for 25 years.
With the Pound stronger now against the Euro than it has been for almost eighteen months if you buy now you can take advantage of the bargain properties and the great exchange rate!
Italy was slow in reducing Italian real estate property prices after the economic crisis in September 2008, and in fact, we did not see any significant reductions until 2010. Vendors began to realise that if they did not start to reduce their prices then buyers would look towards other countries for investments rather than investing in the Italian real estate market. Vendors have many different reasons for selling properties and Casa Travella quite often do not know why they decide to sell. This could be for personal reasons, financial reasons, or just a change of lifestyle. Buyers should not however be suspicious about Italian property being sold below market value but just make the most of it!!
So what do we have to offer on the Italian property market that you will not be able to resist!
Let’s start by looking at Italian property for sale in Tuscany, a region known to be very expensive. This is clearly not correct and you will agree when you see some of the great property we have to offer.
What about a 3 bedroom spacious village house in Borgo a Mozzano with garden, close to all amenities and just reduced from €320.000 to €260.000 (see above).
In Le Marche we have a 2 bedroom apartment in a restored fortress with a shared pool for only €139.000 reduced from €190.000, a great rental investment.
What about Sardinia, close to Valledoria, for only €115.000 you can buy a 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning, parking and use of shared pool? This would be great for holidays but could be rented when not being used.
On Lake Como, a beautifully presented 2 bedroom apartment close to Laglio and George Clooney, with lake views reduced to €195.000 from €260.000!
Whatever budget you decide upon for the purchase of an Italian Property, please contact us and we will send you our latest below market value properties.
