The first property suggested is in Fosciandora, Northern Tuscany, The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a walled garden and is situated in the village and just over an hour from Pisa airport. It has been renovated keeping many original features and is on sale at only €130,000 (£101,000*)
The next property is in Puglia, 10 minutes from Ostuni. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a pool and an acre of land including olive trees. The beaches of the Adriatic are only 15kms away. The house has at present an external staircase which means one part could be rented and one used by the owners. It is on sale for only €160,000 (£125,000*)
The next property comes from an unlikely area for buyers on a budget. It is situated in the Dolomites and is ideal for Winter skiing or Summer outdoor activities. It is just 20kms from the famous Cortina D’Ampezzo and 8kms from San Vito di Cadore, with Venice airport an hour and 20 mins drive. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony overlooking the mountains is being sold with private car parking and a heated ramp for those snowy winters. It has been reduced to €165,000, (£129,000*).
The last property, which is pictured above, is on Lake Como on the far North Western shore. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with shared pool. The property has stunning lake views and is just over 2 kms from the shores of the lake at Gera Lario, where there is wind surfing and other activities. The property is being sold fully furnished and it is ready to use for rental income if required. A covered garage parking space and cellar area for storage is included in the price, which is only €135,000 (£105,000*).
